Anyone else find the swine flu locations strange?

I'm no conspirator but I just find it interesting that it's locations of confirmations in the U.S. include The west coast (cali), East coast (New York), Essentially the heart of the midwest (Kansas), and Texas, but that was going to happen, given it's neighbor is Mexico. I just find it odd that the most populated states with the exception of Kansas, are the effected ones. Whatever, say what you want, just using that squishy thing in my head to brainstorm heehee.
