GUYS AND GIRLS?help me please?

i have been going out with this guy for almost a month we hang out but we don't talk that much in person he doest no how to flirt and sometimes it get really awkward. we usually don't really talk and then we just go and hook up all the time. but we text evey night from like 10:30 to 3:00 and we talk about everything and it is not awkward at all and he is really sweet and he flirts in texts and i feel like i like him so much more over the phone. what should i do i need your help
