How much Jack Daniels should I put in my BBQ meat?

I made 2lbs. of meat last night and today I'm making a sauce that will simmer all day but I need to know how much Jack Daniels to put in the sauce. Again 2lbs of meat, I just need to know how much Jack to use. Get back to me as soon as possible. I want it to simmer most of the day, I'm having a party tonight and I need to know ASAP. Thank you!
