Which female villain do you find creepier? The Queen (in her Old Lady form) or The Wicked Witch of the West?

The Wicked Witch of the West is the creepier of the two, because that is her natural, ugly, scary form. At least the Queen just transformed herself by a potion, and I'm sure it was just supposed to be temporary.
