Yellow box indicate "Error on Page". Consequently, I can't read the email that people sent. How to correct?

For the last few 4 days, I have been unable to sent email as well as being unable to read emails that are sent to me, Yellow triangle indicator at the bottom left hand corner indicates " Error on Page". What is the problem? How to correct this?
