Keeping awake for extra hours?
I'm someone who often has very bad sleep patterns, and on this occasion now that they have gone terribly out, I'm looking to attempt what I usually don't do and try to stay awake for a lot longer in order to try and correct things. I'm already almost twelve hours through but plan to stay up a total of twenty four hours. I figure twenty four isn't as much as some people hold out, but I have quite low vitamin and immunity levels at the moment so I'm finding myself tired a lot more. Besides the fact I'm working on things to help myself, what are some good methods available to me to help me keep awake for up to 24 hours? Be it simply drinks like coffee, or anything else you can think of.
