How do I sell my used car?

Ok, so i found someone who is willing to buy my used car. I live in New York State. I have a title for the car. What else do I need? I've never sold a car so I have no idea what I need to do. Advice from experienced New Yorkers who've sold cars would be appreciated. thanks very much
