Well, I don't think we know enough to judge. There's a very high probability that he likes you, though! When you're walking with your friends and he comes along, does he engage with the whole group, or is his attention mostly given to you? Also, when you share lunch, does he join in as if he's one of the gang? And lastly, when you catch him staring at you, is it just because he's bored in cl, or does he seem to crop up everywhere you are and stare/talk to you?
