Do your parents have to taake you to get your belly on peirced?

it's probably a good idea to wait until you can go by yourself, because your parents will probably get really mad at your aunt if she takes you and your parents didn't want you to get it done. I live in NY and you have to be 16 here to go without your parents, and it doesn't hurt at all when they do it. and if you're already scared about it it's probably a good idea to wait awhile.
